How to delete my account


You can delete your account directly from within the mobile application by following the steps below:

  1. Open the app and log in to your account

  2. Navigate to the Home screen

  3. Tap on the menu (☰) icon located in the top-right corner

  4. Go to Settings

  5. Select Edit Profile

  6. Tap on Delete Account

  7. Confirm your request to permanently delete your account

Once you confirm, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our system, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have an active subscription, it will be automatically cancelled when you delete your account. You will not be charged from the next billing cycle.

Depending on the platform, your subscription may remain active until the end of the current billing period; however, you may not be able to access the service after account deletion.

Important Information

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

  • All personal data associated with your account will be deleted, except where retention is required for legal or compliance purposes

  • After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account or any associated data
