1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using the Zehn application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service Zehn provides educational content in the form
of 15-minute summarized audiobooks. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases Zehn offers premium content through auto-renewing subscriptions. By selecting a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original subscription price.

• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play Account Settings after purchase.

• Refunds: All billing and refund inquiries are handled exclusively by Apple or Google. Zehn does not have the ability to process refunds directly.

4. App Store and Google Play Minimum Standard Terms To comply with the requirements of the platforms hosting our App, the following terms apply:

• Acknowledgment: You and Zehn acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Zehn only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Zehn is solely responsible for the App and its content.

• Maintenance and Support: Zehn is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.

• Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple, Apple's subsidiaries, and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple and Google will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

5. User Generated Content (UGC) Policy If the App allows you to interact, post, or share content, you must adhere to our strict UGC guidelines:

• Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post defamatory, discriminatory, explicit, or illegal content.

• Moderation and Blocking: Zehn reserves the right to filter, modify, or delete any user content. We will permanently block and ban users who violate these rules or engage in abusive behavior.

• Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content or abusive users directly within the App. We will review and act on all reports within 24 hours.

6. Intellectual Property Rights All content provided in Zehn, including text, audio summaries, graphics, and logos, is the property of [Insert Your Company Name/Your Name] or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
