We collect from the dealer, inspect the vehicle in the presence of the seller, photograph each panel, and seal the car in a fully covered three-deck carrier. Customs is handled by our agents, end to end. The buyer signs for the car at the receiving yard, against the photographs taken at collection.
Each panel photographed, mileage logged, keys counted, fuel level recorded. Both seller and our loader sign before the car goes on the deck.
Three-deck covered carrier, ten cars maximum, axle straps front and rear. Sealed at origin and not opened until the receiving yard.
Buyer signs the form against the original photographs. Any discrepancy assessed within the hour and refunded against our insurance, on the spot.
