Division 03
The operations, in plain language.
The Group's American House began with a single tractor and a contract for forty loads a month. It now runs over three hundred units across the lower forty-eight, in service of e-commerce networks and industrial shippers.

We operate two yards — Dallas (operations centre) and Phoenix (western fleet). Tractors are washed and inspected at the start of every haul. Drivers are paid by the mile and never asked to break a clock.

Process
How a load gets there.
Four steps. Each one signed off in writing.
01.

Pickup

Tractor arrives at the dock in the booked window. Trailer inspected, sealed, and weighed before it leaves the yard.

02.

Routing

Dispatched on the most direct compliant route. Hours-of-service planned to the minute. No relay handoffs unless agreed.

03.

Transit

Tractors tracked at five-minute intervals. Driver checks in at every fuel stop. ETA refreshed hourly.

04.

Delivery

Seal verified, BOL signed, POD returned to customer's system within the hour. Late deliveries credited automatically.
