Two pastured-poultry farms in the U.A.E. interior. Birds raised slow, fed clean, graded by hand. Supplying hotels, butchers, and careful households across the Gulf.
The Group entered this sector in 2003. There are now two farms, three hatcheries, and a packing house at Liwa. Our birds are pastured, antibiotic-free, and grown to a ten-week schedule — no growth promotants of any kind.
Sheds are sand-floored, sun-aired, and emptied between flocks for a full fortnight. Water is filtered. Feed is milled on site.
A pastured chicken at ten weeks tastes of something. We have chosen our side of that argument and will not be moved from it.
From egg to crate, the bird passes through three pairs of Group hands and no others. Every box leaves marked with the Safari laurel.
Eggs set, candled, and hatched at our Al Ain hatchery. No third-party chicks enter the system.
Birds walked on sand each dawn and fed milled barley and maize. Water filtered. No promotants, no antibiotics.
At ten weeks, each bird weighed, examined, and graded by hand. Off-grade birds do not leave the farm.
Boxed at Liwa packing house, refrigerated, and delivered within twenty-four hours of grading.
